Upside Down World's goal is to change the world with the gospel. As the disciples did in Acts 17:6, the rulers of the city were crying. In the Greek the word is βοάω, it means to shout for help. So the rulers of the city were shouting for help, because "These that have turned the world upside down are come hither also." 
Why we called it Upside Down World

What we want to do is get the next generation fired up for the Lord. To go out to the highways and hedges proclaiming the gospel. And in doing so, it takes the world's twisted paradigm and flips it upright.
